Nicole is the passionate founder and owner of Nanny On The Go, established in 2019. With over a decade of experience in childcare, Nicole decided to apply her talents to the home health industry. Inspired by her 97 year old grandmother's struggle to find quality home care, Nicole’s vision for Home Care On The Go is rooted in her belief that every person, in their early or later years of life, deserves personalized attention and care. Under her leadership, the agency has grown to serve hundreds of families, emphasizing safety, reliability, and emotional well-being.
Beyond her work, Nicole is an active community member, volunteering with local organizations and advocating for quality childcare and home health care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and reading.
